Making Tax Digital is changing for sole traders
From April 2026, sole traders and landlords earning over £50,000 will need to use MTD for Income Tax Self Assessment (ITSA). From April 2027, that threshold drops to £30,000 — meaning quarterly digital submissions instead of your usual annual Self Assessment return.

Having searched for an Accountancy firm in Bedfordshire I was drawn to Figtree having read previous reviews.
